Candidates must have:

• Deep knowledge of at least one web framework
  (ASP.NET/PHP/RoR/etc)
• God-like knowledge of (C#|PHP|R), Javascript,
  XHTML, CSS.
• Self starter, hands on attitude.
• Love for writing huge amounts of high quality code while shipping insanely great
  apps.

Bonus points:

• Experience with ASP.NET AJAX
• Understanding if IIS
  architecture and hosting
• Understanding of Design Patterns concepts,
  software architecture, UML
• Experience working on web / online
  games
